Shout out to my cousin Rey Leal the martial artist who
introduced me to Vegetarianism, fasting, Jim Velasques in
1978, the processes of Ethe-real-ization in 1980, and introduced me to Oahspe (the
green Ray Palmer edition) in 1982 and introduced to me OAHSPE'S AMAZING PREDICTIONS OF THINGS TO
COME by Laura Horst, in 1983, and was a mentor to me in my teens, much thanks! And it was from my cousin Rey's
library that I discovered The Essene Gospel of Peace, As a Man Thinketh, The Aquarian Gospel, The Science of Mind by Ernest Holmes, and Walter Russell books The Message
of The Divine Illiad VOL 1 & 2 and The Secret of Light when I was 15 years old.
My cousin "Chicken" Gabriel told me in 2009 he would
go up to LA in the early 1970s and spar with Jim Kelly from Enter the Dragon movie. Chicken said when he made brown belt he
was able to land strikes on Kelly and hurt him.
Ray
Leal : "martial arts knowledge allows him [a martial artist] to choose how he deals with any given situation, to act,
and not react to anyone or anything and to take responsibility for his own actions."
Bruce Lee : "A martial artist has to take responsibility for himself and accept the
consequences of his own doing."
Notice how the 2 statements above from Ray Leal and Bruce Lee agree with the Oahspe text below:

These creatures prophesy by the direct action of vortexian currents upon them. They feel what is approaching, BECAUSE THE UNSEEN CAUSE IS ALREADY UPON THEM.

can learn to acquire the same kind of prophecy. And this is different from the prophecy herein before mentioned, because he prophesieth in this last method without rules or calculations.

The trance state is
a non-tropistic (non-tropism) state of absense of response
to external stimuli or become oblivious to pain or your surroundings.

Combat sports such as Boxing, Wrestling, and Fencing were part of the original Olympic games.
Judo made it's first appearance at the Oympic games in 1964, TaeKwondo in 2000. I trained in Olympic style Boxing at City
Heights Recreation Center from Oct 1987 to Sept 1988 under Robert Coons who was the Coach of the USA national team and he
was over-all director of the 1984 USA Olympic Boxing team (that won 9 gold medals, the most ever for USA). Billy Moore son
of legendary Archie Moore trained me for 2 months from July to September of 1988. I did volunteer work (10 hours a week) as
a Boxing instructor from Sept 1988 to Jan 1990 at City Heights Recreation Center while I lived in the neighborhood. My Muay
Thai-Muay Lao teacher gave a demonstration at City Heights Park in 1991-1992. I taught Olympic style Boxing and Martial Arts
to children and adults when I worked at City Heights Rec Center from Feb 1990 to Apr 1996. One black man thanked me for teaching
his daughter and he told me she used techniques I taught her to successfully stop an attacker who tried to rape her.

The asian man standing to the right of me in USA top is Vincent Soberano who became 2007, 2008 World Muay Thai Lightweight
Champion and King's Cup Champion in Thailand. The hispanic man left of me who looks like an Ese was a special
operations team member from Verdugo (tattooed on his stomach) neighborhood in San Bernardio, California. This was the FIRST
AUTHENTIC Muay Thai gym in San Diego, CA (opened in 1990). In the link

Master V Phon of Laos, 3rd from the left in front row is me, to my left inbetween me and the instructor is future World Muay
Thai Champion Vincent Soberano. At the time Vince was the North American Kick-Boxing Champion. In sparring matches I personally
witnessed between Master Phon and Vince Soberano, even though Vincent was a Champion and in his prime (age 27 or 28) he could
not defeat Master Phon who was not in his prime (age 37). Master Phon nicknamed me "golden fist". The other link

and left to right are of my physical development from 1978 (age 15), 1988 (age 25), 1998 (age 35), and 2011 (age 48). My martial
arts training started at age 14 in 1977 at Highland Park in East San Diego and at my Cousin Rey's studio in Ocean Beach for
a couple months. I started weightlifting in High School in 1978 at age 15, and continued weightlifting and martial arts training
to this day (never took steriods or PEDs). In 1984 at a Coast Guard Training center in Virginia I did 1000 consecutive reps
on the seated leg press universal machine using 200 pounds when I weighed only 145 pounds at the time. In the late 1980s I
could do a set of several reps of standing one arm preacher curls with a 65 pound dumbbell weighing only 145 lb at the time.
At age
11 and 12 in the 6th and 7th grades I competed in Track 50 yard dash and won a 3rd place ribbon, and at age 12 in the 7th
grade I set a school record for push-ups (60) for the Presidential Physical Fitness Award. I also practiced Yoga in high school
and in college. In high school I would go 3 to 6 months a vegetarian, but in 1992 I becamce vegetarian and have maintained
that diet to this day. My nickname they called me at Highland Park in East SD was "Baby Guns" (referring to my arms),
or "Lil Big Mike". The one they called "Big Mike" at City Heights Highland Park was 6 ft 2 inches tall
and 225 pounds with 20 or 21 inch arms and could do standing barbell curls (from all the way down to all the way up) using
225 pounds. When I would go to Skyline Recreation Center to workout (in the early or mid 1990s) over there they would call
me "Mikey Bo". It was at City Heights Highland Park back in 1986 or 1987 that I learned from Big CS (Charles Steel)
about working more on my backarm (triceps) after one of the homeboys mentioned to him about my arms (biceps). Charles (a Hoover
High School sports legend) said "yeah but he got no backarm, the backarm makes up 2/3 of the arm," "the backarm
is where you get your power from". Since then I have worked more on my triceps than my biceps.
